Contribution Voucher
The National Office of Social Security issues a contribution voucher when electronic contribution cannot be sent.
As the employer you have to transmit that document to the worker within two weeks after reception.
If you have received the paper version, it means that:
- either the employee is not registered within a Mutuality
- either he is not covered for the year mentioned in the contribution voucher
This means the salaried worker is not covered in terms of health care reimbursements and for any allowances in case of loss of income through incapacity.
