How to register ?

Partenamut offers you several options to get registered:

  • Contact the Partenamut Business & Expats Service on +32 (0)2 549 75 40
  • Via a Partenamut agency: to get location of the nearest agency, please visit www.partenamut.be and go on to “nos adresses

The documents required are :

You are Alone accompanied (wife/husband, children, parents)
  • Paid in Belgium
  • Registration form (provided by Partenamut).
  • Declaration of being subject to the social security system (provided by Partenamut and to be completed by your employer).
  • Where appropriate, the document of agreement between your country and Belgium (to be provided by your insurance agency before leaving).
  • Registration form (provided by Partenamut) for the whole family.

  • Composition of the household (delivered by the municipality where you live or the Protocol Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

  • Paid outside Belgium
  • Registration form (provided by Partenamut).
  • Income statement for residents (provided by Partenamut).
  • Declaration of your annual income (provided by your embassy or by your employer).
  • The document of agreement between your country and Belgium.
  • Registration form (provided by Partenamut).
  • Income statement for residents (provided by Partenamut)
  • Declaration of your annual income (provided by your embassy or by your employer).

You have to register with a “mutualité” to get health care reimbursements in Belgium.
